Our program increases your knowledge of the art of negotiation and prepares you to demonstrate the skills to become an effective expert in negotiations.
Licensed in the early 1990’s, Mike listed and sold real estate full time for several years before forming his own brokerage in 1999. Mike started teaching real estate license courses in 2001 while running a successful brokerage. During his time running his company, Mike sat on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Minnesota State Board of REALTORS. Being involved with the state Association, Mike was asked to become a member of the Professional Standards committee and arbitrated many cases over 8 years. In 2011, Mike left his teaching position with the corporate school and formed his own licensing school which is now the lead school in Minnesota for education for real estate professionals. Mike is a sought-after instructor and is requested regularly by the largest ReMax in the United States, Auctioneers Association and many other organizations for the Continuing Education. Mike teaches full time now as his exclusive and sole profession.
I l was born and raised in NYC and moved to Minnesota in the late 1980s. My wife and I raised our children in an 1889 Victoria house in St Paul. We really enjoy the architectural style of older houses and appreciate the design on contemporary as well. We have many pets–2 dogs and 1 cat so our household is always active. We enjoy relaxing at a cabin, fishing, spending time with family and taking cruises/vacations to foreign lands.
