We teach for RENI because we believe that the barrier for entry into real estate is too low, and it astonishes us that negotiations are not in the educational mix for licensing. Negotiations, along with psychology, happen to be great passions of ours! There’s simply so much more to this game than passing the test. So, as firm believers in education, and not just education for the sake of education, we love being a part of the solution for those who will inevitably thrive in this business. As successful Realtors, investors, and business owners, we have been fortunate enough to teach real estate investing and negotiations for many of the top investors you see on TV. We were in that position due to the success we were able to create in a very short amount of time, and catching the attention of the “celebrity flipper” we personally learned from. Between the sales and negotiation training we sought out on our own, and the support training made available to us through multiple connections, we have literally had 6-figures worth of education invested into the art of sales, negotiations, and psychology.
Outside of training and selling houses, we try to spend as much time as possible with our 3 amazing kids, Kylie, Kennedy and Karter! Our girls are both amazing gymnasts and our son is a little maniac! He loves karate, riding his dirt bike and can’t wait until he’s old enough for tackle football. We are avid snowboarders and all love to travel, even just for weekend getaways to the mountains. We’re excited for the kids to get out on some skis or snowboards when they’re ready! Overall, we have to say that our favorite times simply involve the company of some of our closest friends or family.
