I have been teaching for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute since 2008, and the thing that keeps me coming back to the classroom is the immediate relevancy of our content to the student. To me, there is no greater feeling than having helped someone in a meaningful way.
I have been selling real estate in Arizona since 2003. During the time of 2006-2013, my team was ranked in the top 1% in the country for production. In addition, I speak at numerous industry events (including keynote event at the 2010 NAR conference in New Orleans). Over the years, I have contributed to multiple publications (Wall Street Journal, CNN Money Magazine, CBS, NBC, ABC, The Arizona Republic and US News & World Report and others) on the subject of real estate and negotiations. I have developed content for the Real Estate Negotiation Institute, as well as having been the company train-the-trainer. I am also a graduate of Harvard’s Negotiation Institute, one of the world’s most respected negotiation training programs.
Originally from Moscow, Russia, I have been calling Phoenix home for the past 28 years. In my free time, I am an avid traveler, and an internationally published photographer and writer. Me and my wife of twelve years live in Phoenix and are raising three young boys.
